We work out why the site is needed and how success will be measured: enquiries, calls, sales. We look at what competitors already do and where they are weak. If an off-the-shelf service solves it for less, we say so straight away. You end up with a list of pages, a clear scope and a range for the timeline, not a promise to «make it pretty».
Structure and screen logic first, in Figma: what a visitor sees first, where they click, where they leave a request. Colours and typography come after. Everything is agreed before a line of code exists, because moving a block in a mockup costs a minute and moving it in a finished site costs a day.
Built for the task, without page builders or heavy themes. Speed, mobile, accessibility and search markup are designed in from the start: adding them later costs more than doing them properly now. Every page is checked at real screen sizes, not by eye.
We move everything to your domain, verify it on the live site and connect analytics and the search console. After that we stay reachable: if something breaks through our fault, that is our job and not a new invoice. A site without support ages in months.

Not «a website», but a specific list. All of it is yours and stays yours, even if you work with someone else afterwards.
The keys to the house
Domain, hosting, mail and analytics are registered to you. We don't keep the accounts, so you can walk away from us at any point without negotiating for them.
Code, not a black box
The sources are yours with no tie to the studio. Another developer can open the project and find their way: it is written with ordinary tools, not some homemade marvel.
A control panel
Texts, photos, products and prices you change yourself. No emails asking us to fix a comma in the second paragraph, and no invoice for doing it.
You can see what works
Analytics and the search console are connected and configured. You see where people come from and where they stop, instead of guessing.
A guide in plain language
A few pages about your site specifically: what to change where, and what not to touch. Not a link to someone else's three hundred pages of documentation.
We stay around after launch

What happens when you write to us
The usual fear: you write once and the «so, have you decided?» calls begin. That is not how we work, and here is the exact order of things.
We reply the same day
Within the working day, from a person rather than an autoresponder. Write in the evening and the answer will be there in the morning.
We ask a few questions
Briefly: what the business is, what the site is for, and how success will be measured. Twenty minutes of conversation instead of a forty field form.
We give a price and a timeline
A range, with an explanation of what makes it up. If the task is solved more cheaply without us, this is where you hear it.
After that it is your call
No reminders and no calls. If we are not a fit, we part on good terms and the estimate stays with you.
